This is my project and it consists in a 3 modules structure suitable for 5 people. The main problem for its design was the spatial organization because of the narrowness and depth of the space and the block of light and airstream due its location.

The first of the three modules has the entrance, a personal studio and a bedroom. On the second one we find the kitchen, the main room and a lounge. The third module has a living/dining room, a family room and 2 bedrooms. The project is made with inner courtyards on the first floor to bring enough light and air to the structure since it is located between 2 buildings. The house presents only a façade of 9 by 7 meters. Its distribution is from the bottom up and from the entrance to the bottom. The circulation it’s mainly at one side because of the narrowness of the house. The house is made of concrete walls and roof, wooden pergolas, banisters and window frames; glass windows in the façade and glass windows and doors in the inside.

As a conclusion the house is made to fulfill the basic needs of a family and it will be able to provide them with all the comfort of a big house not minding the space limitation. One of the things where we can see that is in the presence of courtyards which act like the gardens big houses have.
